1984 |
BCM started working with the elderly through a weekly lunch club and a home visitation service. |

1991 |
The work began to grow as grants were awarded to refurbish part of the building and make it more suitable for the elderly. We started to provide transport. |

1994 |
A second lunch club started and the building in Arden Road given over entirely to ElderLink. |
|
1995 |
An NHS chiropody clinic opened for use of lunch club members and local residents. |
|
1996 |
A third lunch club opened, this time in Hodge Hill. |
|
1997 |
Major renovation work completed, improving access and facilities. |
|
1998 |
Lunch club number four was started. |
|
2002 |
Wheelchair loan service started. |
|
2004 |
New kitchen facilities installed. |
